Trauma Informed Care
Helping Those in ALL Communities
Recent events may have retriggered traumatic memories. You may have feelings you can't put a finger one. You may be part of the BIPOC community, or not, but ALL are welcome here! Whereas my speciality areas are with First Responders, Corrections, Law Enforcement, and Military/Veterans as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist, I am an ally to all. I invite you to call me to see if we "fit". Sessions are becoming more available in-office, but have always been conducted through a (free) HIPAA-approved telemental health app throughout COVID. Free consultations are also available via phone/email. In addition to individual sessions, I also work with the family members that may or may not be impacted by our career choices or recent/current/historical events. I am currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Optum, UnitedHealth, TriCare, Medica, and Minnesota Health Care Programs insurance plans. I am part of the Open Path Collective to offer services to those without insurance or with high deductibles. I am also paneled in several EAP Programs. Check with your workplace EAP Program to see if my name is on their provider list!

* Accepting New Clients!* Trauma-Informed Mental Health Care and Services.
I’ve been providing specialized therapeutic services for over 28 years. As a survivor of trauma myself, I have elected to specialize in helping others learn to thrive from difficult experiences. I’ve been in Corrections for the entirety of my career and focus specifically on First Responders, Law Enforcement, Military/Veterans and Corrections Professionals. No need to spend an entire session explaining your job - I am already familiar!
I'm also accepting new clients that don't have to be in the First Responder Field! If you are seeking to improve your overall mental wellness - children, adolescents, adults, couples, and family therapy services are available either in-office or via a HIPAA-approved (free) platform.
